Carol's class is a very enjoyable and gentle class of movements and relaxation. My suppleness is so much improved since I started coming to the classes. Everyone is very friendly as well. Gina

I enjoy Carol's classes very much. I like the way the poses cover all aspects and that every week Carol features a specific area such as neck and shoulders, arms etc. Meditation is also included which is very relaxing. Sue
