What should I wear?
You should wear layered, comfortable clothing.

Is it OK to eat and drink before sessions?
It is better if you do not eat for two hours before a Yoga session. Drinking is less of an issue, but it is advisable to stop drinking about 30 minutes beforehand. Of course, you should never be under the influence of alcohol during Yoga classes.

What equipment do I need to bring?
Yoga is best practiced on a non-slippery mat. These are inexpensive and widely available. It is also advisable to bring water to sip during the class.

​Do you cater for complete beginners?
Yes

Is it safe to practice Yoga when pregnant?
*Generally yes, but not during the first 12 weeks.

Would my age be a problem in starting Yoga?
*No

Is poor health a constraint to practising Yoga?
*No


Can you organise private tuition?

Yes, either for individuals or small groups in your own homes or offices.​
This might include chair yoga for assisted living centres.
